Associate Accounts

By purchasing an Associate membership, you agree to receive the Sun Villages Co-operative eNews and event notifications; and you agree to be billed annually for a recurring Associate member contribution.

Associate Payment Refund Policy

You may cancel your Associate membership at any time.  Unused membership time is not refundable.  You will continue to have Associate benefits until the end of your current one year payment period.  If you cancel, your membership will not be automatically renewed and you will not be billed.

Event Ticket Refund Policy

Sometimes we may organise ticketed events that require prepayment. You may cancel your registration for such events and receive a full refund (excluding credit card processing fees) until 5 days before the event. Within 5 days, the registration is non-refundable, however, if we are able to resell your ticket we will gladly issue you a refund. Post event tickets are non-refundable.
